  • This obligation extends to communications made by directors, officers, and employees via social media (i.e., Facebook®, LinkedIn®, Twitter®, YouTube®, Instagram®, SnapChat®, Pinterest®, etc.) on their own time or via their personal communications systems. Also, this obligation continues after the director, officer or employee in possession of the confidential or proprietary information is no longer affiliated with ENS Enterprises.

  • You must protect all client and employee personal information by following applicable privacy and data protection laws wherever we do business. Everyone is expected to ensure the privacy of personal information

13. Bookkeeping, true reporting and financial integrity:

  • Honest and frank financial methods will be respected as a part of the relationship which we maintain with the client.

14. Anti-Fraud:

  • Company rules and regulations shall be enforced fairly and consistently. Violations shall result in one or more disciplinary actions depending on frequency, seriousness and circumstances of the offence.
  • The employee shall be given the opportunity to present his side. If found guilty, he will be penalised with the appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with the Code of Discipline.
  • There will be a systematic mechanism in place to avoid fraudulent practices. Thereby providing a stable and sustained growth in the organisation.

15. Non-disclosure policy:

  • To keep the trust of our customers, we must maintain the confidentiality of the information they provide to us or that we develop or collect about our customers and must honour their reasonable expectations of privacy, including sharing information internally.
  • Material, nonpublic customer information should only be disclosed internally on a “need to know” basis and only with our colleague’s understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality.

  • To keep the trust of our regulators, we must maintain the confidentiality of regulatory findings, including regulatory reports of examinations, supervisory letters and regulatory ratings
  • In most cases, disclosure of this Regulatory Information is prohibited by law. We may not divulge or disclose Regulatory Information to any person outside, unless such disclosure is permitted by law and approved by the Legal Department.
  • We may not divulge or disclose Proprietary Information to any person outside ENS Enterprises who is not authorised to receive such information.
  • To maintain the respect and trust of those with whom we do business, we must protect all “Proprietary Information” we receive, whether or not such information is related to them.
  • To maintain the confidentiality of information, we must protect data processing, software and electronic information security.
  • To protect our shareholders and comply with the requirements of our regulators, we must hold “inside information” in confidence and not misuse it.

16. Conduct of Business and Fair Dealings:

  • Keep secure and confidential trade secrets and all non‐public information acquired or learned by reason of position. Should not reveal confidential information to unauthorised persons without authority of the Board.
  • Our employees are prohibited from using their authority or position to favour a supplier or contractor in anticipation of a personal gain or benefit.

17. Expectations Relating to Business Partners:

  • We expect our business partners to adhere to ethical business conduct consistent with our own and are committed to working with our partners to meet this common goal. These expectations include ethical behaviour by our partners, a prohibition on bribery and corruption.
  • We are careful not to mislead customers, investors or other stakeholders about the financial status, products or services of the Company or its competitors.
  • We must never make statements about competitors that are untrue. We must never make promises the Company cannot keep. No director, officer, employee, representative or other associate of the Company should take unfair advantage of anyone, including customers, investors, other stakeholders, suppliers or competitors.
  • Taking unfair advantage includes: manipulation, concealment, abuse of Confidential Information, misrepresentation of material facts and any other unfair-dealing
